God's own country.!

The Christ's cross stood high in the midst of the cloudy sky that is spread upon the grassland that has covered this sacred beauty like a green cloth. A place could never be blessed than this...and they call this land the 'God's own country'. It indeed is the God's own country for it is endowed with a climate and coconut lagoons that writes poetry to the varied flora and fauna. Between the unending chaos of the human race a day trip to Kerala for an exotic houseboat trip made me realize that earth is still a better place. The ethnic shores which are covered by coconut tree lining made me awestruck to agnise the artistic creativity of the Lord. While one part of the world go on exploiting what has been given the other part keeps on protecting such gifts and such controversial ideas is made of this world.

A brief silence overlaid my mind as I made myself connected to glossy waves that sparkled like silver in the sun and blushed like a bride during sun rise and sunset. A different language it was...between me and the waves. It made me feel more connected to Mother Nature...she spoke to me through the touch of rain drops and gave me her warm embrace through the sun. Isn't it wondrous as the same water that comes from the sky as a rain drop is the one that takes up a lot of life? And the sun that gives warmth is the one that takes up a countless life? When the people become controversial...the mother turns herself into a mystery . She wants the mystery to be unfolded...by who and how? She never makes it complicated as all she wants is to be noticed and loved. The universe wants us to notice it while we are so busy in finding happiness amongst the man-made walls rather than opting the lap of our Mother Nature. All we need is a little love for the nature  to make us human.
